People of all ages may be dealing with some form of physical & debilitating conditions, arthritis or other types of joint pain and/or physical weakness. This Yoga class is designed for those students living with such symptoms. Learning how to strengthen and stretch muscles surrounding sore and stiff joints can promote improved comfort, stability & sleep. Working with breath and mindfulness to open up & freshen our lungs. Modifications are taught for all poses with the goal of giving the student a true personal practice.
